About these terms
These terms apply to pick-up orders placed via our website. By ordering you agree to them.
What we make (ingredients & allergens)
We make gluten-free papanași from curd cheese, free-range eggs, gluten-free flour and salt, finished with optional sour cream/ greek yoghurt and jam/ chocolate sauce.
Allergens: contains dairy & egg. We use gluten-free ingredients and strict cross-contamination controls aiming for ≤20 ppm.
Ordering & acceptance
Place an order and select a pick-up time. We’ll confirm by email. We may decline or adjust orders for stock or safety reasons. Orders are pick-up only from main road.
Prices & payment (in person, card/contactless only)
Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes. Payment is taken at collection by card/contactless . We do not accept cash or online pre-payment. Orders are handed over after payment is completed.
Pick-up & handoff
On arrival, wait on the main road and call or text 07437 334 233 with your name or order number; we’ll bring your order to you.
Hold window & late collection
We hold orders for up to 30 minutes after your chosen time. After 30 minutes, items may be disposed of for food-safety. If you collect late, the product may no longer be hot; by collecting late you accept this.
Changes, cancellations & no-shows (perishable goods)
You can request changes or cancel until we start preparing your order—message or call us. Once preparation has started, orders are final (perishable/made-to-order). If you do not collect within the 30-minute window, the order may be cancelled and we may limit future bookings in repeated cases. No payment is taken for no-shows. For large or special orders we may require a deposit or pre-authorisation, agreed in writing before acceptance.
Substitutions & availability
If a topping/drizzle is unavailable we will try to contact you. If we can’t reach you in time, we may omit it and adjust the price or suggest an alternative on collection. If we cannot make your order at all, we will contact you to reschedule.
Quality checks & complaints
Please check your order at pickup before paying; we will fix any mistake on the spot. If something is wrong after collection, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos. We will replace or, if not possible, refund the affected item(s) at our discretion.
Storage & reheating (after pickup)
Best fresh on the day. If not eaten immediately, refrigerate and follow the reheating tips on our site. After collection you are responsible for safe transport, storage and reheating.
Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
Intellectual property
All site content, images and branding are owned by [Company Name Ltd] or licensed to us. You may not use them without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown at the time you place your order applies to that order.
